I just saw Haley's comet, she waved; said why you always running in place?

 

Hey there girls, sorry for lack of updates. Been busy this weekend!

Friday eating was eh. About 2500 cals. Yesterday was AWFUL. Ate entirely too much.

I always have a hard time controlling myself on the weekends, not to mention it's almost that time of the month, so I'm craving everythingggggg.



Today was alright. I did stay under 2000 (1980 cals), which is my Sunday goal. I also did Tae-Bo Fat Burning Cardio and burned 733 cals, and also drank about 80oz of water, so today was pretty good :)



I weigh-in tomorrow so I'm extremely nervous. I want to be under 199 sooooo bad, but after last week's gain I doubt that's going to happen. We'll see. I ate FANTASTIC Mon-Thurs, ate okay Friday and today, and worked out 5 days of the week. I'm always just so nervous before a weigh-in; I swear if I gained I'm going to flip shit.



I want this so bad. I need to push even harder this week.

1,500 cals per day, work out every day, drink more water, and sleep more.

Speaking of which, it's bed time.



I'll comment every back tomorrow. Hope my weigh-in goes well!

sounds like you're doing awesome and healthy things with your body! don't worry about the time frame, losing 20 pounds is 20 pounds lost whether over a month or a year, you know??

Sometimes high calorie days help you avoid plateaus. and if you didn't lose, just remember, you worked out 5 days this week! You did really well most days. Slip ups happen. doesn't mean a damn thing if you gained one pound. It's just ONE pound. Not saying that you did gain. Oh, rambling. I'm so good at it. You make me want to do tae-bo. I'm gonna look it to it!

Hey there, that's right plateaus are just bumps in the road we're meant to jump past, little tests almost.
You exercise so hard, burning almost 800 cals that's amazing, no wonder you've been getting hungry and sometimes go over your calorie limit.Weekends are hard for everyone so having a slightly higher limit is ok, just try to eat more earlier in the day and get in lots of exercise earlier and fill up on healthier stuff before you go out. Keep up the good work, them pound have to come off eventually!
