Hey there girls, sorry for lack of updates. Been busy this weekend!
Friday eating was eh. About 2500 cals. Yesterday was AWFUL. Ate entirely too much.
I always have a hard time controlling myself on the weekends, not to mention it's almost that time of the month, so I'm craving everythingggggg.
Today was alright. I did stay under 2000 (1980 cals), which is my Sunday goal. I also did Tae-Bo Fat Burning Cardio and burned 733 cals, and also drank about 80oz of water, so today was pretty good :)
I weigh-in tomorrow so I'm extremely nervous. I want to be under 199 sooooo bad, but after last week's gain I doubt that's going to happen. We'll see. I ate FANTASTIC Mon-Thurs, ate okay Friday and today, and worked out 5 days of the week. I'm always just so nervous before a weigh-in; I swear if I gained I'm going to flip shit.
I want this so bad. I need to push even harder this week.
1,500 cals per day, work out every day, drink more water, and sleep more.
Speaking of which, it's bed time.
I'll comment every back tomorrow. Hope my weigh-in goes well!
